I understand plans can change! Please provide 48+ hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours? A £10 rescheduling fee applies. Booking fees are non-refundable for late cancellations.
Missed appointments may result in being charged up to 100% of the treatment cost. Two no-shows will require all outstanding fees to be settled before future bookings.
If you arrive 15+ minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
